SWPPD AND VILLAGE OF STRATTON TO COORDINATE POWER OUTAGE

Officials with the Village of Stratton and Southwest Public Power District are coordinating a village-wide outage scheduled for approximately 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022. The substation feeding the village will need to be powered down for approximately 2.5 hours for preventive maintenance.
We are attempting to prepare for this outage by planning it during the least intrusive time while coordinating the most efficient work plan to have power restored as quickly and safely as possible. Multiple crews will be on-site to expedite any necessary repairs.

Updates will be provided on the SWPPD Facebook page as the work begins and progresses on October 4th.
Should weather become a factor, the contingency date for this operation is 7:00 a.m. Thursday, October 6th, 2022.
