Village Board
Monthly meetings of the Village Board of Trustees are held on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 pm at the Village Office (411 Bailey Street) in the multipurpose room. If that day is a holiday, then the meeting will be held on the Tuesday following the third Monday.
Postings regarding meetings and other important information can be found at the Village Office, the bulletin board in the post office, and the bulletin board in the Stratton Branch- McCook National Bank.
If you have an issue or concern for the Village Board of Trustees to consider you may fill out a complaint form (under report concern on the top of the page or in person at the Village Office). The form will be forwarded to the correct department or committee to be reviewed. If a conclusion or solution is unable to be agreed upon the issue may be placed on the agenda for the board to consider as a group and the person signing the form will be notified of the time and date of the meeting. You also have the option to voice your concern during the open forum portion of the Board Meeting, however no actions can be taken by the board at this time due to restraints of the Open Meetings Act.
