Please complete the form and submit or come into the Village Office to fill out a form and pay the appropriate fees.

Any property temporally disconnecting utilities for Electric, Water, Trash and sewer shall be charged a $30.00 per month per property stand by fee.

When services are turned off by the choice of the customer the fee shall be $20.00 for re-connection of services.

The Village of Stratton will shut the services off on the above address on date stated. In order to have them tuned back on the responsible individual listed on the account will have to complete and sign a Service Request to re-connect the meter. The services will not be shut off or re-connected until the Village Office has a singed request.

The Village of Stratton will make every effort possible to provide utility services. We will not be held liable or responsible for damages against personal property in the event of disconnect or re-connect.
