Is your event open to the public?  

            If yes, will need to submit Facility Agreement and copy of $1,000,000 certificate of liability insurance, listing the VIllage of Stratton as additional insured.

Are you planning ot bring a Bounce House/Tent? Yes     If yes, please provide Bounce House endorsement on insurance. Adult supervision is required during entire time bounce house is being used.

Will your event require any in-ground stakes to secure?   The event organizer is responsible for any damage caused to the park and must consult with Village employees prior to putting up.

Will you be selling or providing alcohol? 

Will you be requesting street closures? 

        If yes, which streets: 

Are you requesting use of electricity or water?  Please be aware that an electrical or water source might not be available in all areas.

Will your event require use of extra trash receptacles?

Are there any special provisions or information pertaining to your event which have not been addressed on this application? 

 

Facilities or property may be reserved a year in advance, to the date. An application and Hold Harmless Agreement must be returned and deposit paid to secure a location.

$100 deposit required *Not for profit or for benefit of residents' events may have deposit waived upon Village approval. Deposit will be returned by check within 30 days of event after inspection by Village employees. Excess cleaning, trash removal or cost of repair of any damages will be kept from deposit prior to return of any funds. Any cost above the deposit will be due within 30 days of notice of cost.
