A meeting of the Stratton Village Board of Trustees was held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 7:00 pm CT at the Village Clerk’s Office. Notice of the meeting was posted and availability of the agenda was communicated in the advance notice. A poster of the “Open Meetings Act” was clearly visible on the board room wall, and Chairman J. McDonald directed the attention of those present to the poster. All proceedings hereafter shown occurred while the meeting was in session. Present: Chairman J. Griffiths, Trustee, S. Hanes, Utilities Superintendent K. League, Clerk T. Hedrick, Assistant Utilities Superintendent D. Magley, David Blau with Miller and Associates, members of the public Wade Hanes and Tuesday Forch.
The meeting was called to order at 7:04 pm.
Chairman J. Griffiths declared Public Hearing for comments for CDBG Grant 19-WW-001 Wastewater Improvement project open at 7:04 pm. David Blau gave an update on the project. A three month extension for the project will be requested due to delays in a contractor/supply issue. No public comments were made. Public Hearing was closed at 7:07 pm.
No quorum was verified. Discussion was had regarding the date of the next meeting. The next meeting of the Village Board of Trustee will be held on Wednesday January 26, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Village Office.
Chairperson J. Griffiths declared the meeting adjourned at 7:08 pm.
