NOTICE TO ACCEPT OFFERS ON THE FOLLOWING SURPLUS PROPERTY:
2009 Honda Big Red UTV
Said property shall be sold pursuant to law, sealed bids shall be received until April 20, 2026 at 10:00am. Items sold as is without any warranty of any kind. Said sealed bids shall be delivered to the Village Office located at 411 Bailey, Stratton, Nebraska. Said sealed bids will be opened at 10:30am on April 20, 2026. Said sealed bids shall be on the following terms:
- The successful bidder shall be notified of the Village’s acceptance of the bid at the Village Board Meeting starting at 7:00pm on April 20, 2026.
- The successful bidder shall pay for and make arrangements to pick up item by April 30, 2026.
- The Village reserves the right to reject any and all sealed bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process.
